Welcome
from the Lafayette Rotary Club!

The Lafayette Rotary Club is a fellowship of men and women dedicated to high ethical standards, service to others, and the advancement of community and international goodwill.

The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service.  We do this by:

  1. Developing acquaintance as an opportunity for service.
  2. Insisting on high ethical standards in our personal, business, and professional lives.
  3. Recognizing the worthiness of occupations as an opportunity for service.
  4. Applying the ideal of service in each Rotarian’s personal, business, and community life.
  5. Advancing international understanding, goodwill, and peace.

Over the next year, the Lafayette Rotary Club will be celebrating the 100th anniversary of the formation of our Club on June 1, 1916.  For the past century, our Club has been serving the community and the world in numerous ways, and we have included among our membership individuals whose names are easily recognized in our community.

If you embrace the ideal of service as outlined above, we invite you to learn more about us by contacting any Rotarian.  You can also learn more about Rotary at www.rotary.org.
