ANNOUNCEMENTS:

♦ JOEL RASMUS announced the times and places for this Saturday’s service project.  We will be joining Daybreak from 9 – noon at Tapawingo Park to clean up.  Bring your gloves and a rake.  At 2:30 p.m. there will be a dedication of the fountain and library boxes at Johnson Park in West Lafayette.   RI PRESIDENT RAVI will join us there.

♦ Pub Club will meet 5:30 Wednesday at Sylvia’s Brick Oven,  625 Columbia Street, Lafayette.  All are welcome.  It’s a great opportunity to get to know fellow Rotarians and spouses or significant others.
On May 11th it will meet at Food Finders.  Please sign up so they know how many to expect.

♦ JACK KELLEY thanked those who pained the little Library Boxes.  He also announced that only $285 is needed to finish the grant application for the Dominican Republic Water Purification Project.  Keep those Dollars coming!
Ukranians will be here between September 16 and 24 in association with the Open World Project.
The CD’s with the history of our club are “writeable”.  You can add the photos you take at the celebration to the CD.

♦ Please use signupgenius to volunteer for helping at the back of the room.  We need money takers, greeters and raffle ticket sellers.

♦ The last week for Backpack is May 17th (a Tuesday).  Please sign up to help as the Rotaract Students are no longer available.  Contact LETA if you miss the sign-up sheet.

♦ The owner of the winning ticket was DAVE LUHMAN.   Unfortunately, all of the Aces eluded him today.  Better luck next time.
