♦ KIM MOTULIAK invited us to purchate tickets and to encourage our friends, family and neighbors to buy tickets for An Evening in Monte Carlo, Friday, April 10, 2015, 7:00-10:00 PM. Columbia Ballroom, 625 Columbia Street. The $50 ticket (which may be purchased on-line) includes $200 worth of Casino cash and one raffle ticket. The raffle prizes are worth the expense. This fund raiser supports our local projects. |
♦ Thank you to everyone who attended the dinner at MAZA. Contributions are still being accepted for the LaPaz burn unit project. |
♦ CHRISTINE BURR announced that a “crowd funding” style account at GoFundMe has been set up to help raise funds for the Dominican Republic Project. The link http://www.gofundme.com/mpobl4 is here and also on our Facebook page. Please pass it along to all of your friends and family who might want to help us reach our goal of $7,500 to apply for a matching grant from Rotary International. All gifts – small and large – are appreciated. |
