PROGRAM:

CHRISTA KECK introduced fellow Rotarian from Carmel, THADDEUX REX whose topic was: Some Successful Tools for Membership Growth. Thaddeux Rex He began by telling us that our Brand is about story, stuff and audience. To help our story we need to use a metaphor to get around the “I know betterisms.” To demonstrate how the metaphor works, he played his guitar and sang a song.

Service as a label is important, but there are plenty of competing service organizations. He suggests Leadership Network because there are many implications. Specifically he suggested our club have a guest day with a special speaker. Make it an evening meeting with alcohol. Know who we are inviting and have a clear vision.
