ANNOUNCEMENTS:

♦ The annual meeting to elect board members and officers will be December 9th.  Your vote counts!  This meeting is a Club Assembly, so please do not invite guests.

♦ Pub Club is meeting at Avidity,133 North 4th Street, Lafayette at 5:30 PM on Wednesday.  Participants are under no obligations to alcoholic beverages.  Soft drinks and water are available.  Come and bring a friend!

♦ Volunteers for packing backpacks are needed.  Please sign up or contact CATHY BARRON or NANCY BRANDT.

♦ LETA KELLEY invited all members, spouses, and potential members to our HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE on Thursday, December 18 at JANE TURNER’S house.  The fun begins at 4:00 p.m. and lasts  until everyone leaves.

♦ Forms for  Rotary Direct are available on the back table.  This program makes it easier for members to contribute on line.

♦ The Salvation Army Bell Ringing Sign-up Sheet is available by our name badges and the current list is also available here.

♦ 50/50 RAFFLE:  The winning number belonged to GENE HILLS.  Unfortunately, the Aces eluded him.  He was given a one Dollar coin as consolation.

GORDON CHAVERS, December Birthday Table Chair, introduced those adding another year this month and announced that so far $1,450 has been raised for our Foundations.   We sang Happy Birthday to congratulate this generous group.
