JANE'S CORNER:

The Harvest Dinner Committee Needs Your Help!

We are just a couple months away from the big event and are looking for assistance in pulling together the auction for this year.  Last year the auction raised more than $13,000 to support our very important youth projects.  Let’s do everything we can to top this total in 2013!

We need you to volunteer to help with the following jobs and thought it would be easier to split some things down in smaller chunks since we are all very busy.  Please take a look and let me know how you can assist the Club.

Live Auction Chair-will coordinate meetings and progress of the committee in addition to providing help at event to coordinate set up.  Will work with auction staff to make sure that things go smoothly. Will also assisr to solicit large auction donations.

Live auction solicitor (need several)-these folks will look for big items within the club and community.

Silent Auction Co-Chair-will coordinate meetings and progress of the committee also will help at event to coordinate set up.  Will work with auction staff to make sure that things go smoothly.

Silent Auction solicitor (need several)-these folks will contact schools, business and other organizations about doing auction baskets for auction.

In addition to the auction committee, we could really use some help getting sponsorships. The success of our event takes everyone’s involvement.  I appreciate your consideration of sharing your time and talent with us. Thanks, KIM MOTULIAK, Chair.
