HARRIET COPPOC declares herself a muscian. She cobbled together a career of being a performer and a teacher. With the help of great mentors and opportunities at the University of Kansas, she became a teacher of flute. After receiving her BA in Music Ed and moving around the country with her husband, GORDON, she received a masters from Ball State; played witih the Lafayette Symphony Orchestry for 37 years; organized the Lafayette Flute Choir, plays with the Lafayette Citizens Band; taught in the Lafayette School Corp. for 23 years; and has received many honors. She and GORDON have two daughters. |

♦ Save the Date! Wednesday, March 20th Coach Darrell Hazell will speak to a joint meeting of the area’s service clubs, with Rotary and Kiwanis hosting. ♦ On February 20, ROY MEEKS and Hour Time Restaurant will be hosting a very special Wine Parings Dinner as a fundraiser for our Rotary Scholarship Programs. A special four course meal is being created for our group. The cost is $30 per person. Contact SUSAN HYCHKA to make your reservation. |
