Highlights of the Board Meetings:

The Club Board discussed ways to improve the committee selection process; membership development; the basket for the silent auction at the District Conference and heard progress reports on the Harvest Dinner and GSE Team.

The Foundation Board heard the treasurer's quarterly report (the endowment fund as of September 30, 2012 is $426,163.10); signed Conflict of Interest Statements; and discussed ways to reach the matching goal - which is at 25.21% of goal.
