There has been some confusion about who does what to help me with the secretarial duties. After the Tuesday luncheon I write the Ripples. It is sent to BILL FULLER, who formats it for printing. I send it to those members who do not have e- mail. He also puts it on our Club's web site and sends you a reminder that it is ready to be viewed. When you find errors in content, they are mine. If there are typos, they could be mine or they could be BILL'S. He works with a math program where most of the punctuation needs to be translated. We proofread, but occasionally something slips through.

The Webmaster is BRUCE HARDING. He maintains our cranky old program that allows us to have a web presence. When I have a complete committee sheet, he spends hours putting it on the site. He also changes the front page when presented with a new photo and letter from the President. Links to forms and other sites are added when needed.

The Club and Foundation have had a database for many years. It is updated upon requested from me by DAVE LANDGREBE. The Directory is produced from this program, which means members tell me changes in contact information or occupation and I ask DAVE to change the file. He helps the Foundation Treasurer by entering the contributions to our local Foundation and that allows me to print the Contribution Report that is sent to each member with a Birthday Table letter. If you find errors in this report, you are encouraged to let me know.

Of course I am in constant contact with our Assistant Treasurer, ELSA JANLE (she deposits checks) and Treasurer, JANE SMITH (she writes checks).
