PROGRAM:

TOM MORAN introduced former Pacers Athletic Trainer from West Lafayette High School and Purdue, David Craig. He currently has a consulting company specializing in training and rehabilitation services in Indianapolis. In an overview of his 40 year career, he told stories about working for the Pacers, training gymnasts, taking part as a trainer in the Olympics in Greece, and being a part of all star games around the world. He went on to tell about integrated manual therapy, structural biomechanics and described exercises we can all do to help our posture. At the end of his talk, he answered several questions from members. Click here for David's exercise sheet.
