    ANNOUNCEMENTS:

♦ Last Wednesday evening several members met for dinner at MAZA. Fadi Boulos had agreed to donate $10 from each dinner to our club. The check he presented to TIM LUZADER today indicates that he "rounded up". Thanks to his generousity and the Rotarians who participated, three hundred Dollars wil be added to local projects funds.

♦ There is a desperate need for backpack packers and distributors. With several regular volunteers out of town, help is needed to fill our obligation to the program. Please sign up to help.

♦ While we're talking about the Backpack Program, the keeper of accounts has stepped up to be the Club's treasurer beginning in July. We are in need of someone who enjoys numbers to step into the Backpack Accounting program. If you can help, please contact TIM LUZADER or JANE TURNER.

    ♦ Mark your calendar:
March 23/24 District Conference in French Lick
May 6/19 Rotary International Convention in Bangkok

♦ In October the District Conference will be held on campus. Prior to the beginning of he conference, our club will invite all Rotarians and the whole community to a Harvest Dinner. This fund raising event will feature several opportunities for people to contribute. TIM LUZADER needs volunteers to help put together these opportunities. Please contact him to make this event a huge success!
