    ANNOUNCEMENTS:

♦ Pauline Shen spoke about the 2011 Community Health Assessment. She asked that everyone please complete a survey. The survey is found at http://www.tinyurl.com/tippe4u Pauline said about the community health assessment is that it asks questions about where we have problems, where we could/should do more. SERVICE ABOVE SELF. So many assessments that are done are with a focus group or with a small sample. This is one time when anyone can give their opinion. It's free and anonymous. The data that comes from the collection will be available to all and Pauline will write a report so the data can be used for grants and hopefully to fill service gaps. This assessment is about OTHERS and not yourself, though it asks your opinion. Programs will be tweaked from what we see so we can do better. New programs may start, it's all pretty neat that the county health department and St. Francis, Riggs, and Unity are spearheading this effort.
    View the Poster,
    Read the Press Release,
    Complete the survey.

♦ Committee sign up sheets are available. Please fill it out and give it to TIM LUZADER or JANE.

♦ Our Club is in the 20th percentile for Every Rotarian Every Year. There are four more weeks before the end of the Rotary year. If you have not made a contribution, please play your part.

♦ Rotarian of the Year nomination forms are available at the back desk. Please think of someone in the club who is deserving of recognition.

♦ JIM HOBBS asked Dr Kristen York to draw the winning ticket for today's 50/50 Raffle. Michael Huntowned the ticket, but unfortunately the Ace of Diamonds eluded him. He'll receive his consolation price next week.
