PROGRAM:

PRESIDENT ELECT TIM LUZADER introduced Iron Key members, Derek Middlesworth and Lindsay Otto who told us about their organization and project. Iron Key, founded in 1911, is a secret society for college seniors at Purdue. Each year they choose a service project. This year's class has raised $48,000 toward a $60,000 Freedom Square in front of the Armory. The flagpole will be relocated to the center of the walkway and be supported by a pentagon pedestal with the crests of the five branches of the military on the sides. Lighting to allow the flag to be displayed day and night and seating for students completes the project. The dedication will be September 11, 2011, the 100th birthday of the organization and the 10th anniversary of 9/11. For more information please visit www.purduefreedomsquare.com

As Tax Day approaches:
1. The wages of sin are death, but by the time taxes are taken out, it's just sort of a tired feeling.
2. Will Rogers said: The income tax has made liars out of more Americans than golf.
3. New Simplified TAX FORM: How much money did you make last year? Mail it in.
