♦ LETA KELLEY, co-chair of the Family of Rotary committee, invited us to "take a trip to the opera." At noon on Saturday, April 9th at Lafayette Theater 10 there will be a behind the scenes tour followed by Rossini's comic opera "Le Comte Ory". The cost will be $18.50 for seniors ands a few dollars more fo under ages. The opera entertains for over three hours. By that time everyone will be hungry. Dinner is at Nine Irish Brothers. Since the private room there only holds 32, let LETA know now that you want to participate.

♦ Our District 6560 is offering matching points for Paul Harris Fellows for two more months. If you want to contribute to The Rotary Foundation (International), and want to get more "bang for your buck", write a check and give it to DICK RAHDERT or JANE.

♦ TERRY WEST asked TOM FREY to draw the winning 50/50 Raffle ticket. The ticket belonged to DAVE MC GAW! Unfortunately the Ace of Diamonds eluded him, but he took home a consolation prize of a T-shirt from University Book Store.

    FAMILY NEWS:

CAROL GALBRAITH'S mother passed away Friday in Ft Wayne. Bernice Schweikhardt was 94 years young. It was unexpected and sudden, but ROB and CAROL were lucky enough to get to her side before she passed, along with her 2 other children and their spouses. Thoughts and prayers from her fellow Rotarians during this trying time would be appreciated.
