♦  Due to the winter storm forecast, attendance was very small at today's meeting. Birthday Table was postponed until next week (February 8th), along with Student Guests and the 50/50 Raffle.

♦ The Service Above Self Award nomination forms are available at the back table. The deadline is March 1st. Please think of a deserving person to recognize.

♦ We will have new badge boxes next week. This gave us the opportunity to put badges in alphabetical order, so your badge may not be where it always was.

♦ Registration for District Conference is easy on line. The first 300 registrants will receive tickets to the Charlie Daniels show at the Palladium in Carmel as part of the $99 registration fee. A link from our website to the District website will take you to the registration form. For those who want to fill in a paper form, they are available at the back table. There are eleven members who are already registered.

♦ The Rotary International Convention is May 21 - 25 in New Orleans. Registration forms are available at the back desk. This is the last opportunity in about 5 years to attend the convention in the U.S.

The District has a database. It includes all of the names of members of our club. When you register for any District activity, your contact information will be entered into this database. If you do not want your contact information (including e-mail address) in this database, you need to write a note on the registration form requesting that your information not be entered into the database. The database allows the District Governor and other District officials to send everyone messages regarding District activities.
