    ANNOUNCEMENTS:

♦ Next week is the last chance to purchase jewelry from ELSA JANLE before Christmas. Remember, 40% of the price will go to our Backpack Project. Make your someone-special happy and support the Club's project - a Win Win!!!

♦ JOHN BARRETT and the music committee have loads of special holiday music planned for December 21st. Families are welcome to join the fun.

♦ LETA KELLEY reminded us that December 28th is a Family of Rotary event. Bring your family and enjoy Civic Theater's Comedy Readers.

♦ Every Rotarian Every Year donations made on line will receive double points until the end of the year. If you designate the Annual Fund, your gift will help Rotary projects throughout the world and in our district, our club and future projects. We are one half way to our goal. The Kokomo Rotary Club already has an average $169 per member. We have some catching up to do!

♦ The registration fee for the Rotary International Convention in New Orleans next spring goes up December 15th. If you are thinking of going, register now and save money.

♦ Watch for the District Conference registration form. The first 300 registrants will receive tickets to the Charlie Daniels show at the Palladium in Carmel as part of the $99 registration fee.

♦ TERRY WEST asked for volunteers to play Trivial Pursuit. This could be a fund- raiser that involves the community. He says it brings in big money in cities around the Midwest. Test your trivia skills and play a round or two to see how it goes!

♦ BUTCH HANCOCK asked KEN DECKER to pull a ticket from the 50/50 Raffle Basket. The winning number belonged to CHIP RUTLEDGE! Although The Ace of Spades eluded him, he received a bottle of Champagne.
