PROGRAM:

Today was a Club Assembly

Presentations began with BOB FEUER, chair of the Public Relations Committee. He introduced the members of the committee and asked us to wear our Rotary pins. There will be skits at various meetings showing us how to talk about Rotary in the community.

GORDON COPPOC, chair of the Open World committee, reminded us that the team from Ukraine will be here from 25 - 29 September. GREGG DONAT and JACK KELLEY have assisted in preparing a meaningful agenda for the group. GORDON also thanked the hosts.

JIM TURLEY, chair of the Rotary International Foundation committee, explained the change in how donations are made to The Rotary Foundation. Contribution forms are available from JANE or on line. Your member number is on your membership card and on the address label of The Rotarian Magazine.

TIM LUZADER (right) and TERRY WEST (below, left) (the TIM and TERRY Show!) talked about fund raising activities. TIM is chair of a committee which is planning a Harvest Dinner for fall of 2011. It will be a FUN community event. TERRY talked about the 50/50 Raffle and the possibility of a Fun Raiser called Trivial Pursuits. Stay tuned for more details. If you have ideas for fund or FUN raisers, please contact TIM and TERRY!

STUDENT GUESTS:

BARB REIF introduced Jessica Wade and Christopher LaNeve from Central Catholic High School. Each received a certificate and a travel mug with the Four-Way Test to commemorate meeting with us today.
