Dear Bill,
Good afternoon. I have four links that might be of value to your members. These links are intentionally high level because that will allow your members to drill down to the particular issue that is of most interest to them whether it be power plant design, waste management, basic educational materials on radiation, or even applications of nuclear technology other than in nuclear power plants.

The first link is to the public information page of the American Nuclear Society (ANS). The ANS is the professional society for nuclear engineers and others involved in research, education, and industries related to nuclear science and technology. The ANS website has links to other nuclear-related websites.

The second link is to the website of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). NEI is the nuclear industrial organization and does the lobbying for the nuclear industry. Obviously they have a point of view to convey, but their website does have some very good information on nuclear technologies.

Third link is to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The NRC is the regulatory agency that licenses nuclear power plants and is responsible of their safety.

Fourth and final link is to the Department of Energy (DOE). DOE does a great deal of work on energy policy and radioactive waste management - to name just a few of the ways they are involved in nuclear power.
