GORDON COPPOC introduced Willie Reed, Dean of the School of Veterinary Medicine, which is celebrating its 50th Anniversary. There are 28 such schools in 26 states producing 2,700 veterinarians each year. Starting in 1959, the Vet School has graduated 2,800 students with six different kinds of degrees. The teaching hospital treats about 40,000 animals each year. During this year of celebration there have been many special events including "Dog Days of Summer" in partnership with the Art Museum, and service trips to Ethiopia and Spirit Lake Indian Reservation in North Dakota. In late September and early October watch for a gala and two auction-style fund raisers.

FRED KUIPERS introduced Chandler Smith and Robert Egan from Harrison High School. Each received a certificate and a travel mug with the 4- Way Test to commemorate meeting with us today.
