CLUB CONCERNS:
PRESIDENT ROB asked us to keep the following in our thoughts and prayers: BOB BROCK, ROY WHISTLER, former Rotarian Bill Pape, JIM SMITH, and JIM HANKS.
SERVICE ABOVE SELF AWARD:

CHRIS JOHANSSEN nominated Bison Financial Group for this very special award, noting that this company goes out of its way to support community activities. They also encourage their employees to volunteer by giving them an hour of vacation for each hour in a volunteer activity.
PRESIDENT ELECT DICK RAHDERT presented David Vorbeck with a plaque recognizing him and his company for their Service Above Self.

PROGRAM:

ROB NOLL, Chair of the Two Year College Scholarship Committee, explained the two-year college concept, emphasizing the fact that many of the students are the first members of their family to attend college and are often older, working and raising a family. The three students receiving $1,000 awards today are all from Indiana Business College.

Kathleen Beherns Vicki Johnson Dawn Jordan

Kathleen Beherns from Wolcott says her car is her second home. Vicki Johnson from Kirkland has 5 children and is setting the example for her grown children by working, making the highest grades and caring for her family. Dawn Jordan from West Point established high standards for herself and loves working at IBC while earning her education.
All were most appreciative for being selected by our Club.
