CLUB CONCERNS:
PRESIDENT ROB asked us to keep the following in our thoughts and prayers: BOB BROCK, ROY WHISTLER.

PROGRAM:

JEANNE NORBERG introduced her husband, John Norberg, a well-known feature writer and humorist in the community. His column in the Journal and Courier started 35 years ago and continues today, even though John has worked for Purdue since 2000. In a series of stores about Thanksgivings, he discussed the different perspectives men and women have toward the holiday, dieting, Norman Rockwell paintings, carving the turkey and his granddaughter's Thanksgiving artistry. John concluded the program by playing his guitar and singing a ballad with the following refrain: "If you are a married man, here are some things you don't say to your wife." It was a huge hit. Members of both clubs were asking for recordings.

GUESTS:

Debby Pressler, guest of JACK KELLEY; Sue McDivitt, wife of WES MC DIVITT; Kate Owen, daughter of SUSAN HENSON.
