JEANNE NORBERG announced that the Family of Rotary is facilitating outreach to our international students at Purdue and would like to know if you would be willing to join us. Sponsoring a student could involve having them to your home for dinner, including them in family outings, and inviting them to a Rotary lunch, especially the Rotary lunch and meeting just before New Year's Day.

FRITZ COHEN invited us to volunteer for the next Shots Not Spots on Wednesday, August 6th. Still looking for 2 alternates. View the schedule here.

TOM MORAN announced that we will be promoting team sign up for the Gus Macker Tourney on August 8 at Wal-Mart East on SR 26. We need volunteers from 11-1 and 1-3. Remember the proceeds from the tournament go to supporting a house for Habitat and our Backpack program.

PRESIDENT ROB reminded us to wear our Rotary pins, and to remember the District Governor's upcoming visit on September 9.
