The Rotaract Club is planning a food drive for March 29. They are asking that
Rotarians bring food to the March 25 meeting.

FRITZ COHEN encouraged us to sign up for one of the 4 time slots for Shots Not
Spots on Wednesday, March 26 from 11 - 6 at 699 North 6th Street. Eleven
volunteers are needed. Be one to help the Tippecanoe County Health
Department protect all of us from dread diseases.

JACK KELLEY is recruiting hosts for the GSE team from East Africa that will be
coming to us April 10th and departing April 15th. These English-speaking guests
will be easy to accommodate. Please contact JACK if you are able to help.

Daybreak Rotarian ALAN GARFINKEL warned us that an invitation to a Wine
and Cheese Tasting would arrive at our home soon. He was also selling roses
for $15/dozen to support out International Project in El Salvador.

Board Report
CAROLINE BRIGGS presented details for a Rotary 3-H Grant she and
Daybreak are preparing for a burn unit in El Salvador.
It was agreed that the Back Pack Program would be our signature Community
Service Project. It will enable all members to participate in one way or another.
Last year's Gus Macker Tournament brought us $17,417. Fifteen thousand will
fund this year's Back Pack Program and $2,417 will be retained in the Club's
investment account, managed by the Investment Committee of the Lafayette
Rotary Foundation.
