PROGRAM:

PRESIDENT JOHN introduced Joel R. Ebarb, Interim Division Chair, Purdue Theater, who gave us an overview of the department noting that it began in 1907 as an extra curricular activity. In 1956 Theater became part of the curriculum in the speech department. A move to a new building in 2006 contributed to Purdue having the best Sound Design and Technology graduates in the country. Joel reviewed the upcoming productions for next semester and for the 2008/2009 school year.
