FAYE COLE introduced Susan Woodson and Sharon Martin, publishers of HELEN Magazine. Their story starts in 1993 as co-workers at Purdue Alumni Association. In 2005 they opened the doors of Full Moon Communications and De sign on Main Street. The idea of starting their own magazine grew dramatically after a focus group drew 200 people on a cold, windy January day.

They launched the magazine on May 10, 2006 with a fashion show at the Lafayette Theater. The bi-monthly publication is supported by advertising sales. The real bottom line is that Woodson and Martin are doing what they love with time for family and friends. HELEN is a good thing and life is better.
