DISTRICT LEADERSHIP SEMINAR
On Friday, April 20, 2007 from 9:30 to 11:30 AM in the Clifton Room
at the French Lick Springs and Resort, district 6580 is holding a district
leadership seminar. This seminar is intended for those Rotarians who are
interested in Rotary service beyond the club level. District 6580 has
invited those 6560 Rotarians who are interested to attend the seminar.
Assistant Governors and Club presidents, you are invited as are any
in your "Rotary World' whom you know to be interested in Rotary Service
beyond the club level. Please pass this information on to such Rotarians.
So that sufficient handout materials may be prepared Rotarians
planning to attend should notify DG Bing of their intent to attend before
April 10.
JANE'S CORNER:
I was informed today that long time Rotarian and my sponsor, Bill Pape, has
suffered a serious stoke and is in the Health Pavilion at Westminster Village. For
someone who enjoyed conversation as much as Bill, his inability to speak must
be very frustrating. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his wife, Ruth.
