Before and during the meeting, we were entertained by Flute Choir members
Harriet Coppoc, Meg Howlett, Kim McMillen and Bryana Bunte. They added a
festive feel to the room. VICE PRESIDENT JOHN SANDERSON asked us to keep the following in our thoughts and prayers: BOB BROCK; FAYE COLE who will have surgery this month; LEO KLEMME, whose mother died December 31^st ; and BILL HATFIELD who spent Christmas in the hospital in North Carolina.

KATHY KROLL introduced Donye Carson, a story teller who enchanted us with
songs and stories. Two young (and short) volunteers, Caroline Oates and
Alejandra May, were asked to help by being a tiger and a mouse. Another story
revealed that Doyne grew up near Attica, suffered from pneumonia and loved
chocolate.
