CARL REW, Salvation Army Bell ringing chair, said the sign up sheet is up. Half
of the spaces have been filled to Ring the Bell on Saturday, December 2nd. We

November is Rotary International Foundation Month. The editor's page
(p.4) from this month's Rotarian contains a question:
"Ever wonder what it means to be a Major Donor? How you can participate in a
Group Study Exchange? Who qualifies as a Rotary World Peace Fellow? Why
the Rotary Foundation offers so many types of grants and what the difference is
between them? This month, The Rotarian answers these questions and many
more."
THANK YOU:
Fellow Rotarians:
It was almost worth going through with a total surgical knee
replacement just to receive such a beautiful planter. Ruth and I will
enjoy it for a long time.
Fortunately, the procedure went very well and rehab, although a pain
in the knee, has gotten me on my feet quickly.
Again, many thanks for the thoughts, prayers, and planter.
