CLUB CONCERNS:

PRESIDENT JAN asked us to keep the following in our thoughts and prayers:

BOB BROCK; GENE COURTANEY, AL CHISCON who had knee replacement surgery today; the family and friends of LARRY LANE who passed away last Thursday.
VOCATIONAL FOCUS:

BETTY DOVERSBERGER said she was an accidental educator. After 17 years as a stay-at-home mom and volunteer, she was offered a faculty position teaching math and physics at the local community college. Her move to administration was just as accidental as teaching. She loved the work and the service. In fact, part of the Rotary 4-Way Test, "Is it Beneficial to All Concerned?" is answered by a resounding YES when it comes to the Community College system.
PROGRAM:

PRESIDENT ELECT JOHN SANDERSON introduced Michael Skehan, President of Arnett Clinic, Robert Martin, Community Image and Affairs Coordinator, and Dan Evans, Clarian Health Partners. Dr. Skehan(at right) shared the exciting vision for the partnership with Clarian - Improved health and welfare of community. It will involve a comprehensive system-wide approach to health care.

Dan Evans(at left), a nature Hoosier, is happy to be partnering with Arnett's 140 physicians. The Patient Safety Coalition makes information available about hospital performance.
