PRESIDENT BETTY SUDDARTH, requested members/spouses to keep the following in their thoughts and prayers: JOHN and EUDORA MC KEE; ED PAGE; FAE SPURLOCK; Marjorie spouse of DICK WALKER; BOB BROCK; and ED HEMMER who suffered a heart attack in Maine and is reportedly doing fine (ED's summer address is available from JANE). It was wonderful to have TOM MORAN (the bionic man) back at Rotary today.

PROGRAM:

[Biggs-Reed] TIM LUZADER introduced Pam Biggs-Reed, Executive Director of the Community and Family Resource Center. Founded in 1929 by Grace Bower (a probation officer), one of the center's missions is delinquency prevention. Youth Programs include "40 Developmental Assets", Teen Court, working with expelled students in the Lafayette School Corporation, the Youth Service Bureau, the South Side Community Center, Family events at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Center employs about 100 people and served 20,000 people last year.
